Pros

They pay well, with a good bonus. They have extensive training 16 - 20 weeks. Generous PTO/Sick time.

Cons

They give too many clients to employee's fresh out of training. Clients are demanding and you are expected to respond to all emails that you receive in a day (weather its 1 email or 100 emails). It is hard to maintain work/life balance with the load of clients that they give you. Mental health can be hard to maintain with the workload. Employee's (even management) cry in the rest rooms.

Pay is great and you get to work with some incredible people!

Cons

Constant change in priority leads to not knowing what is expected of you and uncertainty that you are performing. Paycom is a relatively new company that is still trying to figure things out, in my opinion.
