Top comp plan in sales

Cons

No job security. Measured on a monthly and weekly basis for quota. When you aren’t performing, there is little to no support to help you get back on track. Even if your direct manager wants to help develop you in areas that could get you back on track, senior leadership won’t give them any time.

The lunches. That’s about it

Cons

Absolutely abysmal training. Team Leads are just messenger’s. Supervisors are completely ignorant and power hungry. The work load and expectations are ridiculous. They look to tear you down and write you up at every opportunity. Pay is below market average

They went downhill.

Pros

Benefits and the amazing individuals I had the opportunity to learn from.

Cons

I worked here for 3.5 years and it’s so disappointing to see how the organization has fallen. There is a HIGH lack of transparency which leaves everyone feeling nervous. Paycom just recently revealed they were conducting layoffs, but let’s be real. This has been ongoing since 2024. The environment has been extremely toxic for well over a year now.
