      Pros

      Fast paced environment with an emphasis on a winning mindset. Will push your limits. You will meet many hard-working and driven individuals. $1 health insurance premium. High paying roles are achievable for those who fit the mold, succeed, and stick it out. Product has real potential and unique competitive advantages in the industry.

      Cons

      Corporate culture - you are always replaceable. Unrealistic and inefficient demands from executives are common. Work life balance for many isn't common. Constantly hiring/firing upper leadership makes it difficult to make progress on initiatives. Investing heavily in AI and cutting many roles.

      Great work environment but policies constantly changing

      Pros

      Very good work environment, particularly in 2024 when I started. Free drinks, soda, seltzer etc. 4 dollar lunches on site. Amenities, particularly a gym with a basketball court and fitness lessons and activities.

      Cons

      Policies (for developers) were in constant flux starting about a year after I joined. Testing and code merging changed multiple times in the span of a year. Hybrid working options eventually removed.
