Pros

None. Such a toxic, overbearing, narcissistic company.

Cons

They trash every other company during training to promote their company. From inside knowledge they have on their competitors (not sure how…) to posting reviews on their competitors on their PowerPoint pointing out every single flaw of other payroll companies. I left class everyday overwhelmed from the negativity. 100% a cult. If you aren’t willing to be a “teachers pet” you will not make it far. They want people right out of college that they can take advantage of and groom their way. I wish I could give this company 0 stars, they put you through the most ridiculous rigorous interview process then training class (mind you first 2 weeks is training on sales process but if you have extensive sales experience that’s not necessary… but any way they can brainwash you they will.) They will fear monger you as well. We were told we can’t wear red bc Chad the CEO came from ADP and he hates the color red… LOL. I would stay away from this payroll company at all costs. There’s so many others out there that will treat you so much better.
