Pros

Cheap health insurance for singles On-site gym On-site meals that are payroll deducted Great coworkers

Cons

Paycom has been on a downward trend since COVID. Despite still growing revenues and massive promotion of being a top work place, the employee experience has gone downhill drastically. There has been huge rollbacks in the employee events and appreciation that made paycom a great place to work. The hard line on 0 wfh caused a mass exodus with many being lied to about remote position. There have been many rapid fire changes that have negatively impacted employees that were not piloted or even presented to people in the role, giving no option to prevent issues before they arise. This comes from management not being aware of the processes and job duties of those they manage. All the things that made Paycom a great place to work have disappeared in 2019, leaving Paycom an 'ok'place to work that still brags about being a top workplace.

Pros

Employee benefits and compensation are great!

Cons

The only reason keeping me at this company is the pay. Upper management cannot be trusted. They said they would never go back to fully in person until recently. We have very little time to adjust our lifestyles after almost 3 years at home.

Pros

$1 health insurance!! Or maybe I'm lying! Work here and find out!

Cons

For the last 3 years, Paycom has advertised to its entire development department that remote work was a permanent change. When our team leaders asked upper management if we would ever have to return back, upper management responded with "no". Not maybe, not possibly, just "no". Yesterday, the CIO pulled 2000 employees into a meeting with the chat disabled, videos disabled, our entire livelihood disabled. He told us there had been recent "communication slippage", that we "have not been firing on all cylinders", and said that the Dallas Cowboys have similar problems and that its usually related to communication. So they revoked the WHF policy with less than a months notice and created a webpage for us to leave comments and ask questions. In response to the question, "We were told that WFH is permanent. Why is this changing so suddenly?", they said "Our goal has always been to come together again." OH? HAS IT? Paycom lied for 3 years straight to the employees that it claims to care about and value so very much. Do yourself a favor. Don't work for Paycom. The pay is average for the industry and the people making decisions receive 4-12 million a year in stock awards-- so yeah, they forgot what it's like to pay for gas, tolls, childcare, etc..
