Pros

I wouldn't say there's any pros. Training is okay but feels like high school, very cliquey and judgmental. You can move up eventually depending on how much you kiss up, but only if you're willing to put in 12 hour days with no time for self or family....but that's the thing....no one wants to be there after they realize how fake everyone is and how terrible the work is. Everyone complains about it and is looking for a way out which is why turnover is through the roof. They don't trust you or respect you as a professional adult which is why you will me micromanaged to the core, and the stress will drive you insane.

Cons

If you're not fake, completely clueless, or willing to be a puppet, don't even bother applying. It doesn't matter how talented, driven, or successful you are in previous roles!! You have to be willing to give up a part of yourself to be what they want you to be, a robot who annoys clients constantly to try to beg them to buy the products. (Which clients are infuriated with on a daily basis). They make you go through an extremely unnecessarily long and intruding interview process to try to make you feel like it's soooo selective and you're a "chosen one" and lucky they even gave you a chance to be one of them. What a joke!

We look for individuals with a growth mindset, meaning they are constantly looking for growth opportunities, both personally and professionally. Paycom offers a platform for those with a strong drive and determination to propell their careers and achieve new heights they’ve never seen before. Our trainings are designed to enhance our employees’ careers, not to be a networking occasion. Promotions at Paycom are not based on likeability, but are strategically outlined in our leveling-up programs. While you claim we have high turnover, we are extremely proud of our employee retention numbers as they are some of the best in the business. We are experiencing high growth, resulting in new opportunities for our employees. Our interview process is selective and we pride ourselves on hiring the most talented, driven and diverse individuals. We wish you the best of luck in future endeavors.

Pros

There is so much that I would like to thank Paycom for. You will grow as an individual and have the opportunity to create value for your clients and Paycom. Every action taken at Paycom is rewarded with compensation, development, trips and awards. Upper Management and our C-level care not only about the success of the company but individual employees as well. It is incredible to see how much of their time they devote to trainings, development programs and to listening and implementing feedback from employees. Your voice will be heard!

Cons

In my eyes this is not a con but be prepared to work hard. Great success can be had but you will have to put the work in. However you will always be rewarded in a big way!

Pros

Base pay Coworkers That’s all

Cons

- there is no worse company to work for - every level of the organization is brainwashing - 16 weeks between sales or you will get fired no questions asked -8 weeks without a sale- automatic PIP - reps must set 6 meetings each week for their first two weeks or FIRED - managers don’t care about you, they lead the brainwashing - psychopathic organization - I would never refer this job to a friend - Wearing a suit 5 days a week - paying for your own gas after the contract says it’s reimbursable - other reps will steal your revenue - No work life balance - micromanagers - regional VPs micromanage - organization has a different agenda every week- no consistency with goals
