Pros

$4 lunches, cheap benefits, some coworkers

Cons

so many to list. First this company has literally no diversity in leadership! the job can be done remote but they refuse to allow it. The Team leads are really just bullies in a clique among themselves. You may find one or two co-workers you can tolerate but the rest are watching your every move and snitching on you. your team leader is going to micro-manage you from the time you clock in until the end of the day. PSD 1's spend over 4 weeks in training just to come out knowing nothing. the training does not apply to the everyday tasks. You can be assigned to watch for PSD seniors and above who receive over 50 emails, and your expected to clear your email before you can leave or stay after 5pm and finish. You can go to lunch with 5 emails and come back to 20+ They expect you to stay overtime and try to make you feel bad if you have kids and can't. You are not required to have your own equipment, and were told they would provide laptops if you didn't have one. when the the ice storm hit this week if you did not have a laptop you had to use your pto, or attempt to drive into the office even though it was too dangerous. This company is horrible, save yourself the stress!

Pros

You have flexibility to hop to different departments if you don’t like the one you are in.

Cons

Extremely overworked and underpaid. The employees work so hard to help the company maintain is profits and name, but there is rarely any recognition in the forms that it counts. Most all employees deserve as raise to be up with market standard and to stay afloat of inflation.
