Pros

$1.00 Health Insurance Free Soda and Coffee $4.00 lunch (using you badge to take out of your check) I was not a fan of this. Culture is okay not bad just the way they operate is bad business.

Cons

High Workload and low pay. They do not care about all employees.

Pros

Pay and bonuses available are great

Cons

Paycom loves to say they are a “family oriented” company but they don’t like it when you have to take time for said family. If you have to apply for intermittent FMLA prepare to be on the chopping block. Help is not given and team leads and supervisors have their own agendas. Trust no one at this company. Workloads are extremely high but were downplayed during any meetings (“our workloads are down to the lowest average!” But they’re figuring in new people who lower the average). Supervisors and team leads have no concern for employees and make their life a living hell until they can’t take it anymore. The most toxic place I’ve ever worked.

It is disheartening to come across your review, as this does not align with the Paycom culture. Our goal is to create a work environment where all employees feel supported, regardless of their position. We hope that you took the opportunity to discuss your concerns with your leaders before parting ways. If you would like to share more details about your experience, we encourage you to reach out to our HR team at hrmgmt@paycomonline.com or Paycom's anonymous reporting hotline, which can be easily found on our website under the Governance Documents section.

Pros

This company hires you immediately as an inside sales rep as opposed to starting out as a BDR role first and puts you through a 2 month training process.

Cons

This role is about 10% sales and 90% account management after you make a sale. You will not get paid commissions until after a client processes payroll multiple times. If the client decides to leave Paycom before 6 months. Your commission will have to be paid back. This role is underpaid for the work that is done relative to others in the industry. Only around 10% of employees hit their annual quota. Company also fired around 20-30% of their inside sales force very recently and despite them immediately restructuring the leads, they refuse to acknowledge this as a layoff as business has not been booming as they expected. What this means for the terminated employees is no severance, and likely no ability to receive unemployment benefits.
