Pros

Get experience working in software sales Good product

Cons

You can make a lot of money if you work yourself into the ground and will probably end up needing therapy Ask what percent of sales reps that are hired last more than a year with the company. I would guess it’s about 5% and that’s a very educated guess based on what I’ve seen and heard from past years If you have any sales experience, especially if you have been a too performer elsewhere you should find a job elsewhere where the company actually values and cares about you

Not the best. But not the worst.

Pros

Great place to start a career (new grads). Can promote faster than other organizations (see high turnover). Training is better than most places. Some freebies sent to you along the way. Great coworkers. Can be pretty good depending on dept (can also be terrible depending on dept). Challenging work (can be a good or bad thing depending on what you’re looking for)

Cons

Out of touch upper management. No one wants 5 days in office. “Better together” yet you’re in a cube on zooms all day. Pay is not competitive in my group. High turnover. I feel very replaceable. Some micromanagement. The software is still behind and updates are messy. Most clients are unhappy.
