      Has a hardworking hr team that is willing to work long hours making up ridiculous comments about guiding principles and such in one weekend to boost overall score on this site

      Please see the post above. HR team focuses on this website versus developing employees and creating a winning culture. This is a payroll company not a technology company.

      Paycor is a rapidly growing orginization that is focused on long term growth. They actually live by the guiding principals and care about the well being of their employees. Sky is the limit!!

      Cons

      Growth comes with constant change. If your not up for the challenge then it might be hard to adapt.

      Pros

      Very supportive with training and marketing support. Technical training is extremely effective and leads combined with marketing process is very strong. Management is very driven to achieve individual success and is focused upon KPI's to make sure all team mates are productive and make their income goals. Very supportive during IRMA and reached out to make sure all members were well and had all they needed. Great place for driven sales professionals.
