I love working for Paycor because I love the people, the culture and the product. It's much easier to sell something you believe in, and I love the endless opportunity that Paycor offers. Pay and benefits are above average, and the people I work with are fantastic.

Cons

Lack of communication & transparency from the top down. Sometimes, we get in our own way, and make things harder than they need to be.

Innovative aggressive approach to improving and evolving the software resulting in increased functionality. Product developers listen to clent feedback and utilize focus groups and sales feedback to include features in updates. Pricing allows sales to build software aligned to client needs, keeping costs low for our advanced technology. Teams & departments work together for client satisfaction. Employees care!

Cons

Pay is lower than competitor offering. Need to incent and compensate employees to stay to keep tenured staff.

You get to be a driver for change, I've been with Paycor for over 12 years and growth and opportunities are the two main reasons why I'm here and will still be here years for now. Paycor has trust in their associates and looks to all associates to drive changes in our company and have pride in the success we have as a company.
