      Great opportunity & upside, decent benefits, meaningful work

      Pros

      - Most individuals are extremely hardworking, and feel like they are on a team with big goals - Always plenty of work to go around, and opportunities to go above and beyond your role. If you want a larger challenge, you have to go get it - it won't just be given to you. Some may perceive this as a negative, but you need to exert effort if you want to go on to do bigger and better things! - Great office building with a cafeteria, dry cleaning, and gym - Flexibility surrounding time off - Very committed to the community - Leaders genuinely make an effort to be in tune with associate feedback

      Cons

      - Rousing period of change right now all at once. We all need to be nimble but so much change at once is not great. - Definitely experiencing growing pains, though is on the right track forward - Though senior leaders will deny it, this is a Sales company. The bottom line is that Sales will usually win and then implementation and support suffer as a result - Senior leaders often say things because they feel like they have to; this can come across as insincere - Significant turnover in the last six months leading to increased workloads for those leftover

      Growing Company

      Pros

      Over the past 10+ years at Paycor, I have been able to learn various areas of the organization and move within the company. With this being a growing company, it is fast-paced and a lot of change, which is something I personally thrive on. Paycor cares about the community and has a great program, which enables and supports associates getting involved to help the community. Overall, great culture!

      Cons

      As I mentioned, this is a company that is growing quickly and there's a lot of change. If you don't like change, this is not the place for you!

      Great, growing company

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunities, many managers take a real interest in your career progress, awesome office and atmosphere. There is always something new going on and many events to take part in. They also take a lot of pride in giving back to the communities around them. The work-life balance is excellent.

      Cons

      Some growing pains with turnover at an employee and management level. But that can be expected with a growing company that's constantly changing.
