      Pros

      Everyone is really competent. There is no "passing the buck". Newton really works hard on delivering a great product. No shortcuts. The Support, Success and Engineering teams work really well together. There is a lot of focus on getting customer requests into the engineering roadmap. Easily the best group of people I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      The parent company doesn't seem to be super-organized like Newton is.
