To much pressure to be a pushy sales man , it's really annoying to have to push customers to buy more or get this and that. Everything usually falls on the employees if the store isn't doing well in sales . Another thing is they don't have slot of payroll so usually there's only one person there to save money for the company which is sad

The pay is awful, you hardly get raises, and you're expected to go above and beyond to reach sales goals which isn't even worth what you get paid. You start out at minimum wage unless you have retail experience then it goes up by 35 cents. Assistants and managers do not get paid for what they're worth.
