Pros

They are the only option. They have a good set up pretending to provide healthcare - but fall short of actually taking care of people unless it generates revue.

Cons

They are the only option for doctors in this area because they've paid to make it that way. They spend millions on C-suit salaries and corporate consultants while ignoring the people who generate their revenue - patients and employees. They've spend millions more on multiple lawsuits after, again, ignoring their employees and patients.
