Pros

Pay is very competitive HR credits experience and education. I believe SR management tries to live values. The nursing staff in the hospitals I've worked with are hard working, professional and consistently striving for high quality standards.

Cons

Unfortunately non clinical management is not as strong. They are not fair, uninterested in developing employees, they seem to be interested only in their own careers , take credit for everything their team does and give very little positive feedback. The culture is sexist, sophomoric, and repressive. Professionals are treated like clerks. If you liked high school and a repetitive dead end career but paid fairly- this place is for you.

many differential opportunities on top of decent base pay, flexible, mostly enjoy the patient care

Cons

massive cuts making heavier work load for everyone, annoying clocking system, don't feel adequately recognized, it's a hospital, uptight coworkers
