- You can feel the mission of the organization in the focus on patient care - There are so many compassionate people working here, it truly feels like a family - The pay and overall benefits package is pretty good

Cons

- Focus is on frontline caregivers and not those supporting the organization in administrative functions - Technology is YEARS behind with many manual processes in use - Lots of layoffs in the last few years - Senior leaders do not understand the work that is being done to keep things running with the lack of technology in system support areas - Highly unionize

They will work you until you have nothing left They will not respect your pronouns despite the many many trainings provided in regards to pronoun usage They will pay you less than market value They will not offer raises when you obtain new positions
