I felt very fortunate to be given the opportunity to work at Peace Health. I was applying online for about a year, but with no hospital experience there was no consideration in my applications. The company had a hiring even that i decided to go to and ended up getting hired! I was so excited for the opportunity that I thought was impossible without experience. So far, the hiring process, skype training and floor experience has been very smooth! My manager has been very personable and willing to work around my schedule with consideration. I have been very pleased and excited to work for this company. I enjoy that there are online/system learning resources for careconnect to browse through for when I have questions and/or having nothing else to do.
