      Heading in the right direction for nursing

      Pros

      Nursing leadership has a vision for each hospital and is taking the right steps to ensure the bedside staff is included in decision making. Magnet and Pathways are in the near future which is a great thing for the nurses and patients

      Cons

      It's a large company and making lasting change takes time.

      Horrible management decisions. People in charge have the least experience. Management lies.
