Pros

...but, it is just too good of a company to trash over the bad behavior of some corporate leaders and HR. - The People - 99% of them walk the Mission of relieving pain and suffering, and treating people in a loving and caring way - The Work - Supporting the manifestation of the Mission and implementation of the shared services just made me feel I had an important purpose each day - The Facility - The catwalk! Walking for meetings

Cons

Here we go. When you walk in the building you will notice something odd. There is not ONE wheelchair, walker, service animal, blindness cane... There are NO disabled people. Well, I am disabled. HR treated me like a pariah. When I wrote my sixth email to HR asking for the chair and mat my doctor had recommended, I put a sentence in bold. This email was put on my evaluation as a "scathing email" and as "poor behavior." From that point on, I was treated differently. It was a witch hunt to build a file of "errors" in my work. Long story short, they got rid of their ADA problem and fired me for "poor performance." (I have a 25-year career with positive references and client satisfaction.) The building is not ADA-compliant, they do not hire people with disabilities, and I hope they get caught and held accountable for this, as it contradicts them as a faith-based healthcare organization. The people reading this know who they are. I hope the PeaceHealth EEOC department investigates them.
