      nice place for experience but I wouldn't want to stay there

      Pros

      good benefits, nice co-workers, great vision

      Cons

      poor working environment, poor staffing, very stressful and not support from administration, the vision is far removed from the day to day practice especially in regards to interaction between management and staff. There seems to be little if any concern for the employees.

      Pros

      Caring environment, challenging work, good growth opportunities. Part of an overall team amongst many disciplines. Hard work and quality of work generally recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      Communication from leadership has suffered in recent years, employees in some areas don't feel as highly valued as they once did. Leadership seems to have become a revolving door recently.

      Ok, but not the best

      Pros

      While a lot of the employees (caregivers) are overworked and tired, they don't let it show. The people who work on the front lines are really good about keeping the patients front and center. It was also nice to work for an organization that seemed to have their mission and values in front of them at all times as a guide.

      Cons

      Way too much turnover in senior leadership. They try to make it sound like they all chose to quit at once, but no one buys that. The COO, Beth O'Brien, has brought in a huge number of consultants to run the hospitals and clinic operations which results in a lack of culture. They are there for the short term to make changes happen, and then will be gone. They are good at what they are there for, but it's like the place was acquired by another company who dropped their people in to take over.
