      Pros

      Great corporate culture, really lived its values of respect, collaboration and social justice. Co-workers were excellent people. Pay was very good, especially for a nonprofit organization. I got great opportunities to develop professionally.

      Cons

      None. I really liked it there. The only reason I left was because the company relocated out of the Seattle area, and I did not want to move.

      Hard working, supportive co-workers, decent benefits Challenging environment. .

      Often short handed with high acuity patients = frustrated and exhausted staff.

      Pros

      Chances to advance based on your own motivation. Still offer decent benefits although it's declined in recent years. Some supervisors are fantastic and supportive, and encourage growth in employees

      Cons

      Frequent changes in leadership and "vision" becomes tiresome. Overhear complaints that it can feel like you will be "downsized" at any given time if you're in a non-direct patient care role.
