      Pros

      Excellent bedside staff that truly want to Provide high quality care. Highly trained people in all specialties who want the best outcome for our patients.

      Cons

      Horrible management, massive cuts to essential staff and resources despite huge profits, condescending upper level staff who couldn't survive a day on the floor but are responsible for making key decisions. Lack of support for staff. Unsafe staffing conditions daily.

      Great staffing most of the time on L&D.

      Cons

      Started hiking our benefits in 2012, because of that we've essentially lost a decent amount hourly..... Most profitable location, yet treats employes like crap!

      Pros

      For the most part I enjoy working with most of my co-workers. I find that I am able to talk to my nurses way better than management.

      Cons

      A downside is that management does not support people that are lower on the chain. They only care about themselves.
