      Pros

      Love the nursing staff, dr's, and all other employees that work hard every day!

      Cons

      Even though there are wonderful people that work there, on the nursing units there is a negative attitude and low morale.

      great people to work with.All want to do the best job with limited resources of time and coworkers

      Cons

      Middle management hardly there too many layers of responsibilities that they don't know what is really happening in their various units.Everything communicated by email but you can't see it at home so if you are gone seems like hundreds of emails waiting once back at work.

      Seems like a great group of people.

      Cons

      No room to wiggle. I had a much longer commute to my job. No work home balance. I went to work at 6:30 and got home 6:30. We often needed to be at our desk at about ten mins before start time. Everyone came early. Stats taken right away..
