Most of the people I worked along side were smart, talented, and hardworking. Good experience working in an IT enterprise environment. Great health benefits since it is a healthcare organization. They pay well - but that is because...

Cons

A lot of the leadership roles are filled by people who have just been with the company for a very long time - regardless of their qualifications. These people can't and won't move on because on paper they wouldn't be competitive in the leadership space outside of this organization.
