      They had lots of people in leadership positions, definitely could have used more regular staff.

      Coworkers are great, upper management doesn’t care

      Best coworkers. Great teamwork. Union

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about the bottom line. Bullying behavior from management. They get bonuses but they won’t negotiate wages based on current market conditions. Most areas of the hospital need updating, countertops are falling apart, maintenance and repairs are greatly lacking.
