This manager cares about you. Is realistic in setting goals. Willing to jump in and help with the work. Wants you to suceed. Staff work together. Appropriate breaks. Union shop.

Cons

The hospital management uses excuses instead of staffing to need. Equipment is starting to breakdown and repairs delayed. Drags feet when compensation changes occur.
