      The salary is great and the hours are perfect for those who are looking to work early and get off early. the healthcare team are great to work with

      Cons

      Leadership is bad. The dept where I worked the lead is terrible, making changes every time and unable to answer "PAR" questions. The Supervisor plays favoritism, and the manager of the Dept is more concern in money other than the care for the patient. Overall, management and lead are bad.
