Very political, country club environment.

A larger company that should have transitioned into a larger company mindset 10yrs ago. Like most companies they sell you with the “there’s room for advancement” but you soon find out they’re a very top heavy company with upper management who have absolutely no clue on how to be in such high level positions acting more like Team Leaders than Sr. VPs & VPs. There’s absolutely no diversity! And unfortunately even HR tries to put or remind the brown folks to stay in their place. They claim there’s an open door policy but please believe you will be punished for bringing any attention to mistreatment from harassment to bullying. It’s unfortunate because there are some great people who work within the company but not enough. You will most certainly deal with low pay and closed minded people who are ok with doing things the way they’ve always been done even though it’s dated and not efficient. Benefits are extremely high and good luck on trying to get a company raise unless you switch departments.
