      Pros

      You get to work with kids and a great staff as well as clinic manager and doctors who are all working to make the best experience for children possible. and they have great benefits.

      Cons

      They do not pay as much as they should for the amount of work load they put on you and upper management knows this (in the main business office). they do what they can and put out as many things as possible to lower your yearly raise to save the company money. if I remember the best coworker I ever had worked here and they only gave her a $0.50 raise
