      A great job but atmosphere was terrible

      Pros

      A great boss, pay was competitive but workers in the Executive Suite were unwelcoming. The workload between the EAs was not at all comparable.

      Cons

      Very clique and political. Coworkers did not act as a team.

      Pros

      Regular hours, full time. Not much else

      Cons

      Low pay, not the best benefits, constantly taking benefits away like our small $250 Christmas bonus. Very toxic culture with two faced people who are nice to each other’s faces, then talk nasty behind their backs. They give minimum pto time. If you aren’t in the clique you don’t matter. Not much room to grow other than practice manager positions which are few and far between, and under compensated. I would not recommend anyone work here.
