Pros

Not to much work at corporate - the leadership tends to believe they accomplish a lot but it isn't difficult to make significant improvements

Cons

Very unprofessional HR dept and there must be a reason why they get away with it. Rumors state there is personal relationships behind the scenes. Be careful, the let you go without cause because they simply want to. Leaders do not represent integrity. It is a mom and pop shop. Embarrassing to the healthcare industry. They do not represent the world of an American Corporation.

Lots of talk, no walk

Pros

Fast growth and lots of change so you can learn a lot and work with many different departments. Many of the new practices are unhappy and senior management says they care about it but ultimately nothing changes.

Cons

Lack of transparency, lots of fear amongst senior management, and politics, so everyone just talks in their clicks or doesn't talk at all, from those that I have talked to they don't feel trust, or value, and that they can speak to leadership because it hasn't ended well for those that did, even though they say you can - it's a buyer beware situation
