Pros

Pella is very family-oriented, and they encourage employees to occasionally leave work early and spend the afternoon with family and friends. There are a lot of fun events that Pella puts on, such as decade weeks and company-wide picnics.

Cons

As with any company, corporate politics can come into play at Pella. Very hard to see if you're not looking for it, though!

Pros

Selling a trusted name and very high quality products. Almost every prospect lives at the top of some hill with a view.

Cons

The Pella quote was always the highest by quite a bit. Wood windows and doors are the best and most expensive.

Pros

Very team-oriented. Everyday was different. Most positions in the company allowed you to be creative. Management was very hands off.

Cons

Pay was lacking if you were not in a position to receive commission. High turnover.
