Pros

If you cannot find anywhere else to work, well they'll hire you.

Cons

Just about everything. Completely trashy organization, the board is predominantly made up of churchgoers from a single church - serving so that they feel good rather than contributing real expertise; they need to have something to say on Sundays. The real goal is not to treat the conditions presented but to provide maintenance care and thus continuing revenue for the organization. Self serving with a Jesus twist.
