Pros

Built great friendships, learned a lot of skills.

Cons

PBH used to be a great place to work, over the last couple years, things have progressively gotten worse. Staff safety and health is no longer a priority. CEO seems more focused on how community leaders and local politicians view the business. Staff are being stretched to breaking points. No logical project management. Staff are "encouraged" to use their leave time but then scolded when actually used.

Pros

I have never loved working somewhere like I loved working at PBH. Everyone there was incredibly supportive, friendly and like a family to me. The kindness and care they give all their clients extend to employees as well and they are truly committed to the welfare and development of their staff.

Cons

It was hard on everyone to operate under the low not-for profit budget that is often cut due to government decisions.
