Pros

The individuals that live in the group homes of Penn Mar are wonderful. Every day is different and challenging but a very rewarding job if you have the patience and dedication to the individuals.

Cons

This is not an easy job by any means. The management doesn't know how to say thank you weather you come in early/stay late to help out or you get snowed in for multiple days.
