Great engineering company but stay away from IT
Pros
-CEO and Founder as well as some of upper management -Great health insurance -Ability to grow within the company (if you are in any other department aside from IT) -Building has great amenities and a modern aesthetic.
Cons
-If you're in IT you basically do the grunt work for everybody. Move furniture, clean the coffee machine, drop off chairs, wash dishes and a bunch of other janitorial chores that demean not only your position but other peoples view of you. -Get ready to be put under a microscope when you are working there and better yet when you do something wrong or something leadership doesn't like be prepared to hear about it from someone other than the leadership team because they don't have the guts to tell you personally. -Salary is drastically lower than what other companies would pay even at entry level. -General disorganization. You will be told often that the current way of doing something is wrong even though this way was revised and agreed upon months to a few weeks ago. -No appreciation will be given to you regardless of how well you excel in your position.
