Modern office building with above average health benefits.

Cons

Office has runout of work and is continuously laying employees off while retaining older management that are failing to bring in new work. Salaries are below average given the area and utilization drives every decision at the expense of employees personal life and professional development. Training is deemed an added expensive that would create a dip in bill-ability and new ideas are not entertained or accepted.

Cons

Disconnection between the HQ and the other locations. A lot of work load and burnouts. Not willing to open the door for new leadership and young workforce.
