Pros

Relatively stable employment, and mostly good people to work with.

Cons

Horrific management that do not care about it's employees at all. As nice as most of the workers can be, the individuals running things are some of the absolute worst people to have to work with. If you are not an engineer, there are no long term opportunities or reasons to stay with this company.

Employee satisfaction and well-being is my top priority and that message comes from executive management. Our CEO and COO travel to all of our 28 offices to speak and listen to everyone because we are a team.

Pros

Some truly great people work here. In general, the company does a very good job at sharing work between busier and less busy offices and divisions to help balance utilization.

Cons

The company seems to undervalue its younger employees, and does little to help them develop and grow professionally. The company is willing to spend a lot of money to obtain very experienced individuals who often possess little knowledge of value but who have lengthy and impressive looking resumes.

Great colleague's who worked hard, even when they were undercompensated.

Cons

Upper management is a bunch of good ole boys who are as curupt as the day is long. HR leaks private info.
