Pros

good brands, free uniforms, employee discounts, 401k match, most coworkers are great, extremely high turnover and firings offers opportunies for advanment!

Cons

very demanding work for low pay, no helpers in summer & will work you to death 60+ hrs a week, no life outside of work, managers upstairs out of touch, terrible training, no team approach, working there is like going to jail

Pros

Excellent brand reputation. Great long term employees that are very proud of the brand and company and work hard to make sure that they succeed. Investment back into the business with the focus of making it the industry leader in manufacturing and delivery. Good work/life balance in a very stable industry. Tuition reimbursement for employees. Strong leadership team.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement. Below market compensation especially in the IT function.

Overall, PBV is a great place to work; they invest a lot of time and resources is properly training their employess.

They invest in training and educating their employees and they believe in promoting from within.

Cons

Their is often a feeling of management being only interested in the company making money. Employees sometimes feel like they aren't being fairly compensated for the work that they do in relation to how much money they bring into the company.
