Low quality of benefits for a billion dollar company. No centralized training. Some managers tend to gaslight current and former employees creating a hostile work environment.

-Benefits are decent -People are great

Cons

-Not a great place to be if you want to grow in the company. -Lots of favoritism and the good ole boy network. It's not about what you do, it's about who you know. -HR department has no clue what is going on. You ask them basic questions and they can't even answer them. You call corporate and nobody will ever pick up the phone. -Don't ever expect to get a raise or promotion. Expect your measly 3-4% merit every year and that is it.

amazing pay, good benefits, easy access to information for your work day.

Cons

HR failed to give me vision, and dental when I asked for it. 3 months of staying on them and still failed me. yes, I did my benefits when we renew every year. management can be dictators. wont always help when you need an extra hand. be sure you have a back up plan.
