Pros

If you do everything you to amicably resolve customer concerns fairly without compromising the integrity of the Percepta client you will be rewarded and grow and branch with the company. Without having to ask.

Cons

The contracted projects are intricate, complicated and often require persistence and determination... in order to get the job done. ... those are only cons for the faint od heart.

Team leads are supportive and caring. Strong sense of support within the teams. Pay is okay.

Cons

Management beyond team leads lack compassion and care for not only employees but customers as well. Do not provide appropriate means to be successful and constantly demand perfect performance.
