      Pros

      The job didn’t seem all that bad. Being nice to people over the phone, you have to multitask like a boss. The staff and employees are somewhat approachable, but you have to initiate a Hello. If you need to get anything done...talk to Fletcher at the front desk, she’s the heartbeat of the place.

      Cons

      Well, one day a trainer/supervisor was explaining the details of the Benz, and the comment was made ‘so when your cop husband is beating you...’. It was said twice. My husband retired after 28 yrs in Law Enforcement. In today’s environment, you can’t say things like that. Against Law Enforcement is inappropriate, what if there were a lady in there who’s husband was in an abusive relationship? I sat down with management, but wasn’t sure of the outcome.

Obviously we will not and cannot share personal details regarding an incident of this nature nor are we able to verify what has been presented on a public forum but we believe (and you agreed) that the situation was addressed, investigated and resolved to your satisfaction.

      Work Monday-Friday only weekends off.

      Cons

      Training is paid but sucks if you have to transfer programs.
