Pros

The salary is decent, and you can work from home.

Cons

Management is slow to assist with problems, and it is very difficult to get assistance. The systems are extremely slow, but you are expected to always work more quickly. The training that was received was not adequate to prepare you for the job itself. Most more advanced jobs are done in another country and this prevents any growth at the company. The office is a health hazard and there is a lack of equipment and power plugs do not work sometimes.

Pay is below market average Culture - very clicky. If your face fits great, if it doesn’t good luck No opportunities for progression and unable to take on additional projects due to extreme ER caseload Ops Managers can treat others very unkindly
