Pros

Salary, need for project management, and remote option

Cons

Borderline discriminatory management style. Once I came out as a gay black woman I was immediately treated differently than everyone else on the team. I was constantly watched. One leader expected everyone to fit in her box of a southern bell. She frequently references religion as well. The level of micro management for black people is insane. Every other team member (nonblack) was treated with grace, fairness, and kindness. The reviews are mainly by non minority groups. The pay is great but it’s not worth the scrutiny. This was by far the worst employment experience I’ve ever had. I have a six sigma champion cert, black belt, mba, and pmp, and I have never been treated the way I was at Percepta. The scrutiny on minorities and members of the lgbtq+ community was unreal.

If the job wasn’t so strenuous then $15.25 would’ve been okaa

Cons

The supervisors do not try to help the agents they expect them to come out of training and know everything on the spot. They took away one week of our training right before training started. There is always something wrong with the systems. Sometimes you will not get paid as expected because of the system glitches.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits, flexible work from home

Cons

Management is a tight knit group, and if they’re out to get you, you are in trouble. I got spoken to like I was a dog by one manager, definitely not trying to coach me or guide me in the right path, just demeaning and rude
