Pros

Many different departments to move to! Potential for advancement

Cons

Upper management does not understand the complexity of the positions and sometimes place unrealistic expectations. If you're doing your job correctly, its almost impossible to meet standard.

Pros

Talent Acquisition works extremely hard to paint a great picture of a disorganized and mismanaged company

Cons

Treat employees as if they don't know how to "adult" Very old school way of conducting business, especially during this time... NEWS FLASH...... PANDEMIC EQUALS KIDS HOME WITH WORKING PARENTS....... why are we penalizing employees for this???? . Terrible tech support teams and processes.

We understand these are tough times, we're adjusting and working hard to make sure we accommodate our teams as best we can. While working from home is certainly not a new concept; we are working on perfecting it in a tough time. We are learning alongside our teams every day and trying to make the business run while managing all new processes in the work from home environment. On that note, we recently launched a Schedule Accommodation Survey to assess the needs of our employees in order to navigate through these unusual times. We’re looking at ways we can help accommodate the needs of employees - more to come on this soon. Lastly, what a great idea for a town hall – we’re hoping for one in the coming months - so stay tuned for that. Thanks for all your hard work - it is appreciated. Pros

Comparatively decent pay for the area, but not the industry, for an individual without a degree.

Cons

In many states, one can prove they have been targeted for termination and sue their employer. In Florida, workers have no rights. Be aware that i observed this practice on multiple occasions in my 6 years with this company, before ultimately falling victim to it myself. If you need a job, they’ve got them, but always keep your eye on the door. The culture of this company is irredeemably toxic from the uppermost levels. Stay away if you can.
