Pros

European/UK/APAC business is innovative, creative, hard working and focussed on the clients and their customers.

Cons

US team - who have the exec power - are without vision, lacking in honesty, obsessed with control in general and bringing Regional control back to the US in particular so that they may extract more profit with a typical 1/4ly short term perspective. This impedes the growth of the business, as the US team are too busy keeping control to properly focus on delivering an excellent service.

Pros

Very skilled department. Friendly staff. Good location.

Cons

No clear communication as to what their expectations are(expectations are very high and you are being judged harshly right from the beginning). If managers have concerns about your work they don't seem won't tell you about it, but they will discuss it among themselves. No direction given to inexperienced staff, they are expected to know what to do without guidance, and the internship is on the line if you don't.
