Overworked, severely underpaid

Pros

Schedule flexibility. Ability to manage that schedule. Still a bit of micromanagement

Cons

Typical call center downfalls. Always more work with no increase pay. Mgmt will use funds for superfluous things like new greenery, new kitchen area, ice cream day instead of increasing base salary

Pros

I was a Team Leader for a short while. The TL role is much less stressful than agent role. Very well organized company with good training.

Cons

The agent role, which is 90% of employees can be stressfull if you take things personally. There is opportunity for advancement.

Besides some of the friendship i was able to create i would not say that there are any pros of working for this company

Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of communication, no employee development, the moral is really poor turnover is over 35%,
