Pros

Interesting work, amazing coworkers, great learning experience.

Cons

Pay is not up to par for the work you do. The work itself is not call center work, but you're working out of a call center. Training is nonexistent, even with a trainer assigned to our team. Managers have no clue! There is no accountability at all.

Pros

You have a job and can pay bills while you search for a better job.

Cons

low pay, high volume call center. Very poor diversity in staff more then likely due to low pay. If on a project supporting Ford Motor Co., you will will get very poor raise, if...if you even get a raise.

You can take off easily if time is available

Cons

Working your 8 hours with people complaining. That was tier one. And the fact that you have to wait a whole year to get out of that god awful position. They know no one really wants to do it.
