Not a bad company

Pros

Good industry to be in (automotive). Bonuses can be good, but hard to get. Most managers are okay but some don't provide a lot of support for your role - they aren't following their "servant leadership" methodology.

Cons

There has been so much change at the higher levels in the past 3 years, it's hard for the company to keep the ship upright. As a result when the new Sr. Leaders come in and bring in their own teams, easy for good people to get overlooked and has happened several times to lots of good employees.
